Beyoncé and Jay Z have their eye on Irishman’s $135 million mansion

Tyrone McKillen is said to be considering a $120 million offer from Beyoncé and Jay Z for a lavish mansion in Bel Air.

The LA-based developer and real-estate broker, who is the son of Belfast-born property investor Paddy McKillen, first listed the 30,000 sq ft property for $135 million.

However, according to US property magazine The Real Deal, if the famous couple’s lower offer is accepted – it will go down as the most expensive price per square foot in Los Angeles real-estate history.

The Sunday Independent reports that the house, located at 454 Cuesta Way, was designed by Irish architect Paul McClean.

The mansion boasts eight-bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, four pools, a basketball court, a recording studio, a spa, staff quarters and limestone floors.

Meanwhile, real-estate agent Dolly Lenz told Realtor.com that, “It’s open and airy with indoor-outdoor living where you push a button and all the huge, heavy doors fall into the walls seamlessly, as if they were never there, opening up to the gardens and the pools.”

Tyrone McKillen works as a broker for Hilton & Hyland, the leading real-estate agents and luxury homes specialists in LA.

This isn’t the first time Tyrone has secured a property for a star, as he sold a property on Birds Street to Calvin Klein for $25 million back in 2015.
