Vogue Williams admits: ‘I don’t feel safe living in the UK anymore’

Vogue Williams has admitted that she no longer feels safe living in the UK, after the terror attack that took place in Manchester on Monday night.

The presenter divides her time between Dublin and London for work, but has been spending most of her time in the UK as she’s currently dating Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.

On Monday night, 22 people lost their lives and over 100 people were left injured after a suicide bomber detonated a nail bomb shortly after an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena.

And in her column for the Sunday World, Vogue wrote, “I live in London and quite frankly, I no longer feel safe in the UK. The question now is how do we stop this?”

“I don’t doubt that the government have an eye on people that are threats, but one always seems to slip through the net.

“I’m not in London this weekend, but I have told my friends to be careful, stay away from heavily populated places and avoid the Tube if possible,” she admitted.

British Prime Minister Theresa May had increased the UK’s terror threat level to critical after the attack, but it has since been downgraded to severe.
