Kim Kardashian wants a third child with Kanye West, despite the complications she suffered during her first two pregnancies.
The reality star announced to her family in a sneak peek from Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she is planning to have surgery so that she can conceive again.
“I have to go in and repair my uterus, because I decided I’m going to try to have one more baby. Isn’t that exciting?” she said during a family meal.

Explaining how the procedure will work, Kim added: “I have to have a surgery on my uterus to kind of repair this hole, so they need to like clean that out and then there’s like scar tissue. It’ll still be like a really high-risk pregnancy, just I would be able to get pregnant.”
Khloe asked why Kim would want to go through that and still face a high-risk pregnancy, while Corey Gamble agreed he doesn’t want her to do “anything risky” and Kendall admitted she was surprised her sister was considering having more children.
The 36-year-old told the camera that while she is aware of the risks, it’s important to her to have a big family, and if she wants to carry another child herself this is the only way.

“Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle,” she said. “I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to conceive again myself.
“This surgery is really the one last thing I can try. I want my kids to have siblings, and I want to know that I did everything that I could to make this happen.”
