The Take Me To Church singer was invited to the President’s Phoenix Park residence for a special performance of his song Cherry Wine.
The ceremony recnogised the role of men in promoting women’s rights and putting an end to domestic violence.

Hozier released a video for the song on Valentine’s Day starring Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan and fellow Irish actor Moe Dunford.
The video serves as part of the singer’s #FaceUpToDomesticViolence campaign which raises funds for more than 20 domestic violence charities around the world.
