Singing sensation Ed Sheeran has recorded a very special version of Thinking Out Loud.
The flame-haired singer has teamed up with 2fm’s Eoghan McDermott to collaborate on an Irish version of his world-wide smash.
Taking to Twitter, Eoghan revealed the exciting news about the song, which was played on his show.
So very simply, the legend @edsheeran has recorded Thinking Out Loud as Gaeilge & I have the world exclusive play at 5.30 on @RTE2fm

Although born and raised in England, Ed still has Irish blood in him as his grandmother lives in Wexford and the singer famously spent time with her before his mega Croke Park concerts this summer.
Meanwhile, this isn’t Eoghan’s first foray into translating popular songs into Irish.
The TV presenter recently worked with Kodaline to turn their hit Love Will Set You Free as Gaeilge.
