Hazel O’Sullivan has admitted she found dealing with online haters really tough in the early days of her modelling career.
The TV star has been in front of the camera since her teens and revealed she was “devastated” when trolls starting sending her hateful messages.
“I get it all the time. It used to really effect me a couple of years ago,” she told Goss.ie.

“I remember seeing something on the internet about me that was horrible, it was something to do with my physical appearance and I remember being devastated.”
“I showed it to my mother and I was like, I can’t believe people are saying this, I was really upset for ages. Things that they said, I actually took on board.” she revealed.
Speaking at the TV3 launch of Big Brother 2015, the 26-year-old divulged that she has developed a thick skin and isn’t worried about the haters anymore.

“When you get so much of it it completely goes over your head, now, I don’t get bothered by it, you can’t. There’s a lot more nice things said than nasty.”
Meanwhile, Hazel is looking ahead to the future and told Goss.ie she’s coming out with her very own bikini line.
“My next thing will be my bikini line which will be launched during the summer so that’s my next point of focus,” she said.

“I’m going to do a launch in Ireland for it and then one in the UK. I want to get into the business side of things for longevity.”
“I want to utilise the fact that I’ve built up my profile and then hopefully going from bikini’s into my own fashion line.”
