George Michael used to volunteer at a homeless centre anonymously, it has been revealed.
The pop legend, who died on Christmas Day at the age of 53, carried out huge amounts of generous acts in his lifetime.
Since his death, word of these acts of kindness have been flooding in.
In a tweet posted by Emilyne Mondo, it seems that George Michael used to volunteer at a homeless shelter, but did not want people to know.

After immense reaction from her tweet, Emilyne responded, “It is my belief that the reason for anonymity was to avoid press intrusion. This obviously can’t happen now.
As usual there are a lot of stories about the controversy and difficult times he had. The story is a real account of a generous human.”
