Perrie Edwards has posted the first picture of her new footballer boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The Little Mix star shared a snap of her hunky new beau, who plays for Arsenal, relaxing at the dining table, sitting beside her Pomeranian pooch Hatchi – who she once shared with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik.
The pair sparked rumours of romance back in November, and now they’ve finally confirmed their relationship – but Perrie wants to keep their love life private, as she doesn’t want to be labelled as a WAG.
“Perrie wants to keep her lovelife private and also doesn’t want to be regarded as a stereotypical football WAG,” a source told The Sun.
“It’s early days and they’re still getting to know each other so it’s unlikely her stance will change.
“Alex fully supports her as he too wants to be known as a footballer, not dating a pop star,” they added.
While the pair want to keep their relationship on the down low, things seem to be getting serious fast, as Perrie has already met Alex’s family, including his dad Mark, who is an ex-England international.
