Hopes that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner could make it work have sadly been crushed.
Jennifer has now filed for divorce from Ben, nearly two years after their split.
According to TMZ, the former couple filed divorce papers together without a lawyer, and her petition and his response are the same.
They are each seeking joint legal and physical custody of their three children Violet, 11, Seraphina, eight, and Samuel, five.

TMZ reports that the pair will likely be handling the divorce through a mediator and that it could become final within the next three months.
They will now need to reach a financial settling, and may end up splitting their assets 50/50 because they did not have a prenuptial agreement.
Ben and Jennifer announced their separation in June 2015, one day after their 10th wedding anniversary, but they continued to live together and have remained on very friendly terms.
And while it was reported in February that Jen was “gearing up” to file divorce papers, fans were thrilled when rumours swirled that they were trying to make it work.
Last month, Ben announced that he had completed a stint in rehab for alcohol addiction.
