Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have been hit by rumours their marriage is on the rocks.
A new report from this week’s issue of In Touch Weekly alleges that the A-list couple are calling it quits.
“It’s happening. She and Portia are breaking up,” a source claimed to the publication.
“Portia’s ring has been off for a while now, and though she would occasionally slip it on to show Ellen she was trying, that’s over now.
The insider added: “There’s no turning back. It’s just a matter of time before the whole world knows.”
In Touch Weekly also pointed out that Ellen has been spotted without her wedding ring recently.
However the pair have been sharing sweet Instagram photos recently, including one Portia took last weekend which showed Ellen writing in bed – although without her wedding band on.
Ellen and Portia have been no stranger to divorce rumours in the past, but the talk show host said their relationship is stronger than ever in an interview in October.
“There’s no best part [about being married.] It’s everything,” she told People. “I can’t imagine not being married. I have my best friend, the person I want to spend time with more than anybody else in the world.”
Ellen added: “I’ve gotten to a place where I really am just settled. Really. I know that I’m not going anywhere. She’s not going anywhere. I’m not saying the relationship took a while; I’m saying in my life, it took a while to find this.”
