The average cost for a fine in Los Angeles for driving while using a phone is a minimum of $162.

According to TMZ, Justin was “calm and cooperative” and took his ticket without any issue.

The Sorry singer has managed to avoid any brushes with the law in recent times, after he was arrested in Miami back in 2014 for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended licence.
