The youngest Jenner sister was forced to breathe into an oxygen mask after struggling with altitude sickness on a trip to Peru.
Kylie’s friend filmed the moment on her Snapchat (kylizzlemynizzl), which showed Kylie sitting on a bed wearing a baggy red tracksuit.
Making light of the situation, Kylie posed with a paramedic with her middle finger to the camera.
In the video, a doctor can be heard explaining altitude sickness can be common at an elevation of 11,000 feet.
The brunette was joined by her best friend Jordyn Woods, shortly after visiting a medical facility in Lima, Peru, with her mum Kris Jenner earlier in the week.
