Beyonce and Jay Z pay Irish developer $90 million for new mansion

Music’s hottest couple Beyonce and Jay Z have reportedly just closed a $90m deal with an Irish developer.

According to reports the Hollywood couple have bought a mansion in Bel Air, Los Angeles, developed by Dean McKillen, the son of Belfast property investor Paddy McKillen.

The Los Angeles Times has written that it will be the most-valuable transaction this year in Los Angeles County.

According to the Irish Independent, the sale of the property was also handled by Dean’s brother Tyrone, working as a broker for Hilton & Hyland, a leading LA real estate agent.

The couple will soon move into the 30,000 square foot property, which was designed by Irish architect Paul McClean.

The vast mansion has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 4 swimming pools.

Plus the property comes with a basketball court, recording studio, spa and staff quarters.
