Kate Hudson’s ex Chris Robinson files to reevaluate custody agreement over son

Kate Hudson’s ex-husband Chris Robinson wants to reevaluate their custody agreement over son Ryder.

The former couple separated in 2006 after five and a half years or marriage, and settled on joint custody of their son before finalising their divorce in 2007.

Now, Chris has filed court documents California’s Superior Court to re-review their arrangement, according to multiple reports.

The Black Crowes frontman and the actress have apparently both agreed to have evaluation interviews and their medical records accessed, and they may have to submit to drug, alcohol and psychological tests.

The evaluator will then determine what legal and physical custody situation would be best for Ryder, now 12, including where he should live and what his visitation orders should be.

Kate will be responsible for paying the $7,500 administration fee for the evaluation.

The How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days star also shares five-year-old son Bingham with ex-fiancé Matt Bellamy.

Kate and the Muse frontman ended their relationship in 2014 after four years together, but have remained on very friendly terms while co-parenting their son.
