Psy’s Gangnam Style is NO LONGER the most watched video on YouTube – but who stole it?

Psy’s infamous Gangnam Style music video is no longer the most watched video on YouTube, five years after it’s release.

The video clocked up almost 3 billion views on YouTube (2,894,426,475 to be exact), but now, it’s finally been surpassed – by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth.

Their collaboration See You Again, which was penned for blockbuster hit Furious 7, has been viewed an astonishing 2,895,373,709 times.

Charlie, 25, took to Twitter to share his disbelief after hearing the news.

“For the record, I joined @YouTube in 2007 hoping to make a video that would reach 10,000 views. Just heard about See You Again…wow,” he wrote.

The song was released following Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker’s tragic death.

The emotional track played over the closing credits of Furious 7 in tribute to the actor, who died in a car accident before they finished the film.

See You Again went to number one in 26 countries.
