Steve Harvey is being sued by his ex-wife.
Mary Shackelford filed a lawsuit against the TV host and made some shocking allegations against him.
Mary is seeking $60million and accused Steve of “soul murdering”, claiming in documents obtained by Us Weekly, “Soul murder is achieved by a combination of torture, deprivation and brainwashing.”
The star’s former spouse also alleges that she has experienced “severe mental pain and suffering” and that Steve caused her “intentional emotional distress”.

Mary was Steve’s second wife and they divorced in 2005, having welcomed one son together during their marriage.
Their split was famously bitter and she was jailed for 30 days in 2013 for contempt of court after she violated a confidentiality clause.
Steve’s lawyer has said in a statement, “Mr. Harvey vehemently denies any allegations set forth in the lawsuit.
“The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false. We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint.”
