Michael Fassbender has admitted that he has learnt a lot from working with kids.
The actor has no children of his own but has played a father-figure in multiple films, such as Steve Jobs, X-Men, The Light Between The Oceans and Trespass Against Us.
“You can learn a lot from working with kids, that sort of magic element, just the enjoyment of creating a imaginary world,” he said.

The Kerry native revealed that children are “magical” while improvising compared to their rigidness while sticking to a script.
“I always found with them when they have to adhere to a script, they can sometimes tense up or freeze up or be quite rigid, but when they’re improvising they’re magical,” he told Cover Media Group.
“[It’s] sort of like a stream of consciousness just comes flowing out of them and they’ve got such freedom in their imagination and it’s actually quite hard to keep up with them and be quick-witted to have a response to them.”
Michael’s latest film, Trespass Against Us, hits Irish cinemas nationwide on the 3rd of March this year.
