Dublin actress Tara Lee has landed a role in new Irish film A Date For Mad Mary - and she'll get to show off her musical talents.
Tara, who played Emma in RTE drama Raw, will get to sing in them movie, also starring Love/Hate star Denise McCormack.
"I got the part after going through three or four rounds of auditions. I felt a really close connection to my character Jess when reading the script," she told Goss.ie.

"Jess is someone who's just starting to find herself. Though she appears confident and popular on the outside, she's always been a bit of a lone wolf."
"I get to sing a bit, which is awesome because I get to combine my two loves," she revealed.
This is Tara's second big casting since RTE axed Raw. The actress recently filmed scenes with Jamie Dornan for BBC drama.
"The Fall was an incredible experience. Alan and Julien (director and producer) were so sweet and chilled out. But they meant business too," she said.

The movie will be produced by Ed Guiney (The Guard, Frank, Lobster, Room) and Juliette Bonass (Glassland, Get Up & Go) with Andrew Lowe of Element Pictures as Executive Producer.
