Ruth Negga has been nominated for another major award, and this time it's for a BAFTA Rising Star gong.
The Ethiopian-born actress, who was raised in Limerick by her Irish mother, was nominated by the British Academy of Film and Television after her incredible performance in upcoming film Loving, which she stars in alongside Joel Edgerton.
Ruth is joined on the shortlist by new and improved Spider-Man star Tom Holland, Laia Costa (Victoria), Lucas Hedges (Manchester by the Sea) and Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch).
