Katy Perry is collaborating with Calvin Harris – and fans are freaking out

Calvin Harris has announced a star-studded new album, which will include a collaboration with Katy Perry.

The DJ shared details about all the A-listers who will appear on the record on social media, but it was a song with Katy that really got fans excited.

The pop star is widely believed to be the subject of Bad Blood, a song by Calvin’s ex Taylor Swift, and he confirmed their feud during a Twitter rant last year.

After Taylor’s team announced that she was wrote Calvin’s hit song This Is What You Came For, he responded by accusing her of trying to make him look bad.

“I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do,” Calvin tweeted.

“I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it.”

Katy then retweeted an old post that read “time, the ultimate truth teller”, and followed it up by sharing a GIF of Hillary Clinton flashing a knowing smile.

Calvin’s new album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 is out on June 30th, and will also include collaborations with stars such as Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, John Legend, Frank Ocean and Snoop Dogg.
