The Script singer Danny O’Donoghue left BBC presenter Fearne Cotton shocked this week during a radio interview.
The Dublin star, 33, claimed he would have been a “gynaecologist” – if his music career hadn’t worked out.
Asked what career path he would have taken, Danny said on BBC Radio 1: “I’ll be a gynaecologist.
“Apparently it’s pretty much the same as being a lead singer from a band, you know.”

However Fearne was left stunned by the response, as she stumbled to get her words straight before quickly moving on.
She said: “Wow. Is it? Moving on. Is it really? I am most definitely going to move on from that one.”
It later emerged that Danny had actually recycled the gag from an interview with MTV in July, saying then: “I’d be a gynaecologist, for obvious reasons.”

The former UK Voice judge is still singer since his split from gorgeous model Irma Mali in 2012.
He was then linked to Voice contestant Bo Bruce, and claimed to have been in another short relationship.
