Amy Huberman has revealed that she’s in the process of writing a new comedy series for RTÉ.
The six-part series is called Chasing Joy, which will also star the Irish actress.
According to the Herald, the project has received €300,000 in Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) funding, and will air next year.
Admitting that she’s been “thrown in at the deep end”, Amy said, “I have written four of the six scripts but they are very early drafts.”

“It is a comedy about someone who is looking for happiness and ends up in a job where her job is making others happy. It’s kind of fun,” she said.
The mother-of-two is also working on a new ITV drama over in London, before starting production on the second series of Striking Out.
