Conor McGregor set to cash in AT LEAST €50 million for Floyd Mayweather fight

Conor McGregor will pocket at least €50 million for simply stepping into the ring with Floyd Mayweather.

The 28-year-old UFC champ has already signed off on a multimillion dollar contract, but is still awaiting confirmation from Money Mayweather’s camp.

If the fight does go ahead – Conor will secure the biggest payday of his life.

A source told the Irish Sun, “Conor will make a minimum of €52million just by stepping into the ring with Mayweather, taking into account his share of the Pay Per View costs and the gate on the night.”

“And if he wins, it would be a whole lot more. Conor has been telling people he should make at least €68million if he wins and that’s an extremely conservative estimate. He’ll be set up for life even if he doesn’t land a punch, and just imagine if he does win.”

Meanwhile, UFC boss Dana White fears the Dubliner may not return to the Octagon once he cashes in after fighting Floyd.

“Conor could make €80million. How do you come back (to UFC) and fight (for) €10m? He may never fight again,” Dana said.

“I promise you one thing, Conor McGregor will hit him. Imagine if Conor knocked Mayweather out. Oh s***!”
