Glenda Gilson has admitted that she’s “thankful” to still have her job since her colleagues were axed.
The Xposé star spoke to Goss.ie at the Liz & Noel’s Chernobyl Lunch at the Mansion House on Dawson Street and opened up about her job at TV3.
“I’m just thankful to be still in my job,” she admitted.
Three major presenters were axed from TV3’s Xposé, with Aisling O’Loughlin, Karen Koster and Lisa Cannon all leaving the team.

Speaking about her former co-presenters leaving the show, Glenda said he’s happy in TV3.
“I’m happy in my job and as long as they’re happy with me, I’m happy,” she told Goss.ie.
“The top people make the decisions. I can’t make that decision, I don’t know what goes on in there,” she added.
The Xposé presenter also revealed the pros and cons about now being working across three stations, TV3, 3e and Be3.

“It’s a great thing and it’s not a great thing, the great thing is there’s three stations now with TV3 which is wonderful,” she explained.
“We’ve new times as well which can be difficult but change is always good.
“And I suppose it’s just something you have to get used to,” she added.

Now the Xpose team is made out of Ruth O’Neill, Cassie Stokes, Glenda and Karen Koster.
