Jenny admitted that she believes Irish women’s fire is in our genes and dates back to when Maureen O’Hara was on screen.

“Over the years, going back to Maureen O’Hara and that era, we’ve kind of become synonymous with that fiery feistiness,” she told Goss.ie.

“I think it’s in our genes, which I’d love to channel a little. I think it’s in our culture that we’re fighters, in the best sense of the word.

“In a creative way as well, and all the business women that are in Ireland now – it’s to be celebrated.

“I think [Irish women] are to be celebrated and to embrace our femininity with the ability to do anything we want to do.”
