John admitted that he's really proud to be Irish and praised Conor on their triumph win last weekend against Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205.
"I'm very proud of Conor and I'm very proud of the achievement of the gym.
"It's a one man show when he gets in there but it's the whole support structure of the gym that helped him get where he is. I'm proud of him and I'm proud of our processes - proud to be Irish.
"It's pretty cool walked around New York and having people from all over the world stop and say it's amazing what we've been doing. Very happy," he added.
