Roz Purcell has been making us very jealous over the past week.
The former Miss Universe Ireland has been sharing snaps from the Greek island of Mykonos, where she’s on a boutique health and fitness retreat.
Drenched in sunshine, the brunette has been posing up a storm while enjoying Instagram-worthy food and yoga classes at sunset.
Taking to Instagram, Roz revealed that the retreat was in no way “restrictive”, and that she jetted to Mykonos to “recharge”.
“The camp is all about health – it’s not restrictive in any way the food is just whole foods made from scratch & absolutely delicious – you can go back for seconds (or thirds),” she wrote.
“Training wise it’s a quick HIIT session then yoga & loads of chill time. It’s really nice to forget what day it is & recharge.”
The retreat takes place at a luxurious villa, and Roz said, “It’s been great, not what I thought it would be on a retreat it’s far more gourmet and carb indulgent but all made from scratch and using wholefoods which makes me happy!”
“I’ve eaten more bread and cheese here than usual but it’s been nice to just let go!”
The model beauty has now finished up at her retreat, but is planning to check out some more of the Greek islands before heading back to Ireland.
“Saying goodbye to @heliosretreats recharged and ready to hit training hard,” she wrote.
“Food at the camp was just so so good big portions, healthy & not restrictive. I’ll miss all my new friends & have serious withdrawals. I’m staying for a few days to check out the islands before I return home to a heat wave I hear,” she added.
