Pippa O’Connor proves she’s a hit as sales figures for her book are released

Pippa O’Connor has proved she’s a hit with the Irish public, as the sales figures for her debut book have been revealed.

The model mum released Pippa: Simple Tips To Live Beautifully, priced at €16.99, in October last year – and has already sold an astonishing 24,000 copies.

This means that Pippa has outsold fellow models Roz Purcell and Rosanna Davison’s books by more than 10,000 copies.

Roz Purcell’s Natural Born Feeder has sold 13,620 since January last year, while Rosanna Davison’s debut book, Eat Yourself Beautiful, has sold 10,483 copies since it’s release in August 2015.

Success: Pippa’s book went down a hit with Irish consumers

In September 2016, Rosanna released her second book, Eat Yourself Fit, which has sold 3,424 copies since.

Penguin Ireland’s managing director Michael McLoughlin told the Herald, “We are thrilled. Pippa’s book was the 13th best-selling title in Ireland last year and was the third best selling non-fiction book of the year.

“With Pippa, we knew she had a huge social media following and is very popular in her own right.

“We were pleasantly surprised how well the book has done, which just goes to show that people are interested in hearing about the lives of people such as Pippa O’Connor.”
