Rory McIlroy was spotted playing a round of golf with the President of the United States, Donald Trump – and people are REALLY not happy about it.
The Irish golfer has not played competitively since sustaining a stress fracture on one of his ribs in January, but took some time out of his recovery to tee off with the controversial President.
The website No Laying Up reported that Rory rode in a golf cart for all 18 holes with Donald, who wore his signature ‘Make America Great Again’ cap.
The world number three also gave his opinion on the President’s game, saying, “He probably shot around 80. He’s a decent player for a guy in his 70s.”
