Al Porter could be set for the big screen with a possible documentary in the works.
RTE star Seana Kerslake has reportedly has teamed up with her boyfriend, actor Stephen Jones, to create a film on the comedian’s life
“Stephen and Seana are big fans of Al and they think his story could make a brilliant film,” a source said.

The Can’t Cope Won’t Cope actress and Stephen apparently want to capture the radio DJ’s journey starting from when he was a kid in Tallaght to one of Ireland’s most talked about comedians.
“The project started off as a play but when they started working on it, they realised it had the potential to be on screen,” the source told the Herald.
However, Al has yet to say if he will take part in the documentary.

“The finer details of the production are still to be worked out,” the source continued.
“But it’s an exciting project to be working on. And Al certainly knows how to get the public talking.
“Just look at the Valentine’s Day Late Late Show. People couldn’t get enough of his and Linda’s performance.”
