Conor McGregor pays tribute to his coach John Kavanagh

Conor McGregor paid tribute to his coach John Kavanagh, as they celebrated his 40th birthday in Dublin last night.

The Crumlin native and the MMA coach have worked together for over 12 years, and they’ve struck up quite the friendship outside of their professional careers.

Last night, Conor joined John’s family at a special surprise party in Dublin, and it definitely looks like it was a night to remember.

Taking to Instagram, Conor posted a snap of himself and John looking dapper, alongside the caption, “Happy birthday Coach Kavanagh we are toasting tonight!”

Also there on the night was Conor’s girlfriend Dee Devlin, who is expecting their first child.

The brunette beauty was seen sporting a huge bump in a tight khaki green dress, as she took to social media to share a sweet snap of her and Conor.

Simply captioning the snap with a heart emoji, the pair are looking happier than ever as they’re set to become first-time parents this year.

Of course, John’s Snapchat star brother James Kavanagh was also there on the night.

The 27-year-old shared a number of hilarious snaps of Conor and his mum and sister on the night, and also a snap of himself and the UFC star on Facebook.

“Beauty and the beast #JohnIs40,” he wrote.
