Darren Kennedy has revealed that he will NOT be hosting Say Yes to The Dress when it comes to Ireland next year.
In an exclusive interview with Goss.ie, the stylish TV presenter said that even though he is a fan of the show, he won’t be taking up the role.
“I think it’s a great show, but let’s be honest, it’s not really my thing,” he admitted.

Earlier this week, it was confirmed that RTÉ and production company Shinawil will be teaming up to make an Irish version of the hugely popular American reality TV Show.
The fashion guru went on to say, “looking at the people that have made it and presented it in The UK and the US, they tend to be slightly more middle-aged gentlemen.”
“They are great guys, but I think I’ll leave that to someone whose arena that is,”he said.
He also added that despite not taking part in the show, he will watch it when it hits our TV screens next year, saying, “It’s not really my thing, I will watch it though.”

Darren also spoke about his renewed partnership with Specsavers. He is an ambassador for the brand and has recently launched Darren Kennedy Recommends 2017.
He said that some people can find buying new glasses“overwhelming”.
But, the aim of Darren Kennedy Recommends is to make selecting a pair of glasses easier. He explained that its “my curation of styles that will suit pretty much any face shape.”
Darren has three seasonal edits this year, with his first available to “men and women” in both glasses and sunglasses right now.
