John Kavanagh has revealed that Conor McGregor is set to make a huge announcement after his next fight, and said that it’s “going to be big”.
The Crumlin native will take on Eddie Alvarez on November 12 in New York City, and after UFC president Dana White admitted back in September that Conor would announce “something completely out of left field” once the fight is over – fans have been speculating about what it could be.
Adding more fuel to the fire, Conor’s coach John didn’t specify what his big announcement would be, but he did say that it is very “positive”.
“Conor has such a hyperactive mind and a hyperactive body, you’d never know what’s going to happen with him.

“But for sure it’s a positive announcement. I know people are going to enjoy what he has to say,” he told The42.
The news comes after it was rumoured that Conor would be taking a break from the UFC, as he hopes to start a family with his long-term love Dee Devlin.
