A Sherlock star will be on The Late Late Show this week

Sherlock star Andrew Scott will join Ryan Tubridy on The Late Late Show this week.

The Dublin actor most recently acted in John Butler’s film Handsome Devil, and is currently starring on the London stage with Hamlet.

Irish director John Butler will also be joining Ryan on the couch, and he will be talking about his film Handsome Devil.

The writer previously told Goss.ie that the film was “partly based on [his] own childhood”, and that he loves “coming of age films”.

The winner of Junk Kouture, a national contest encouraging secondary students to create works of wearable art using everyday items that would normally become rubbish, will showcase their design in studio.

Brendan Murray, Ireland’s representative for Eurovision this year, takes to the stage to perform his ballad Dying to Try as he prepares to jet off to Kiev in Ukraine for the biggest song contest in the world.
