Stephanie Davis has shared a sweet tribute to Jeremy McConnell, and says that he’s on the “right track.”
The former Hollyoaks actress took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of the pair and give an update on their relationship.
She captioned the photo, “Proud of him for facing all of this, it’s not been easy and one hell of a hard long road, but finally on the right track.
“Missing my best friend. Can’t wait till he’s home. New lease of life, fresh start.”

The Irish model entered rehab a few weeks ago, and is said to be getting clean for his newborn son Caben-Albi.
Before he left for a facility, he released a full statement, and vowed to stay away from social media for the foreseeable future.
Writing to his 397k followers, Jeremy began, “I want to leave this last message here for people to maybe get a better understanding of who I am as a person.”
