Tony Bennett has cancelled his scheduled concert at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre this Sunday.
Unfortunately, the 90-year-old singer has contracted the flu virus and has been advised to rest and recover.
In a statement released last night, it read, “Tony sends his deepest regrets to all his fans in Ireland that he will not be to perform for them.”

“He was greatly looking forward to being back in Ireland again where he has received such a warm response from audiences over the years,” the statement read, according to Independent.ie.
Ticket-holders can get a refund from point of purchase.
