One of Ireland's most loved broadcaster's sits down to chat with Ray

The line-up for The Ray D’Arcy Show looks very glitzy with a Strictly Come Dancing star in the mix.

Laura Whitmore will be joining the host on his couch to talk about her time dancing on the show and ringing in the new year with pal Niall Horan.

The Bray native will also be revealing details about her debut stage role in Not Dead Yet which is on in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre this April.

Also on the show is Ivan Yates discuss what he describes as his “grey gap year” where he travelled around America to 30 different states in 100 days.

The former TV3 star will also reveal why he’s still on the lookout for his next big broadcasting gig.

RTE’s new Operation Transformation leaders Mairead Redmond, Chris McElligott, Marie Grace, Sean Daly and Yvonne Keenan-Ross will do their first TV interview and will explain why they have joined the show and their hopes and dreams for the future.

Music on the night will be provided by Sligo native Tommy Fleming.

The Ray D’Arcy Show returns to RTE 1 this Saturday January 7th from 9.45pm.
