Darren Kennedy has revealed RTE show The Unemployables will be coming back for a second series, with himself and Jennifer Maguire already filming the next installment.
The Fashionista and Republic of Telly star help unemployed teens get off the dole and find jobs in the RTE series after a very successful first series.
“We’re in full production for the series. It’s myself and Jennifer’s baby so that’s nice,” Darren told Goss.ie.

The TV star also opened up about  “huge” international interest in the series, revealing other broadcasters have been interested in the format, which Darren and Jennifer came up with themselves.
“There’s been huge interest from it abroad as a format as well which is quite nice,” he said.
While The Unemployables may be a smashing success, the RTE stylist is less certain of the future of his other show, #Trending.
“I don’t know as of yet” he told Goss.ie, however he hopes the fashion series will return to our screens.

Darren returned from London this week where he made a guest spot on the Celebrity Big Brother aftershow with old pal Rylan Clark.
“It was really good actually, I know Rylan from This Morning so straight away there was good banter, I had never got to do it before.”
“My first link was from the camera runs, you’re literally inside and there’s a sheet of glass and you can see them and hear them so that was surreal, it really brings home the voyeuristic side of things,” he admitted.
