Mel B has taken a huge step in her divorce with Stephen Belafonte – selling their family home.
The former Spice Girl put her marital Hollywood Hills home on the market, and she is so desperate to move out as soon as possible, that she is leaving most of their designer furniture in the pad.
The Brit instructed estate agents to sell their gorgeous redesigned home for around £7.5million.
Estate agent Ann Dashiell confirmed the furniture comes included in the deal, “This gracious home, with approx 6,000 square feet of living space, will be delivered fully furnished with gorgeous custom-built furniture designed to perfectly accommodate the scale and dimensions of each room.”

A friend of the star told The Mirror, “Mel just wants a fresh start.
“She has taken advice from her handlers and friends, who have encouraged her to simply restart her life – and that means getting away from their marital home, rebuilding her life and separating herself from the past.
“It is time to build a life she wants, with new people around her and keep things as amicable as possible.”
