Airbnb have introduced a new feature to their site – Experiences.
Now, as well as just booking yourself a fabulous home in a new city, a sweet getaway in a luxurious location, you can now book activities too.
During my last trip to LA I made sure to try at least one Airbnb Experience, and I decided on a hike up to the Hollywood sign.

You can book Ted The Ranger for just €23 per person, and taking off from 8am you can enjoy a three hour hike with incredible views.
Ted is a certified naturalist and experienced hiker, and brings you on a secret trail above the famous Hollywood sign, where you’ll see a rare view of the iconic sight.
Ted leads you on a single-track trail that avoids crowds and offers stunning 360-degree views of the LA Basin and the Valley.
During the hike Ted points out some of the most beautiful parts of LA as well as talking through some of the exotic animals in the hills.
It’s a strenuous hike, so hiking shoes, water and proper attire is definitely needed.
Although it’s like a work out, the reward is totally worth it when you get to stand at the top over looking all LA has to offer.
