Amanda Byram has admitted that she didn't want to make a fool of herself as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars.
The Dubliner is a co-host with Westlife's Nicky Byrne on the new RTE show which has become a massive hit already in Irish households.
Speaking about why she didn't want to take part as a contestant, Amanda said, "I may have said no because I can't dance and I didn't want to make a fool out of myself."

However, the presenter praised those who have taken to the dance-floor and revealed that she isn't nervous hosting live shows, that it's second nature.
"But that journey they are on, they've all had an amazing experience," she told the Herald.
"I wasn't really nervous. People always ask me that. Someone asked me recently, 'How many live shows have you done?' and I did a count - and the last count was 995.
"I did The Big Breakfast and Ireland AM and all the other series. For me, I suppose it's second nature.
"You want everyone to enjoy it because we loved it - I want everyone to love it as much as I do."
Dancing With The Stars returns on RTE 1 Sunday at 6.30pm.
